Projects follow a 3-stage payment model: 40% advance before work begins, 40% after design approval, and 20% upon final delivery. All payments are non-refundable after work commences.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom design and code created for their project. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) are subject to their respective licenses.
All websites include a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch. Post-warranty support is available at an hourly or retainer rate.
